Feb 10, 2012 08:17 ET | Dean Chynoweth: "Remember it like it was yesterday [fighting Brown]. How dumb can you be to take him on in your first ever fight in professional hockey? Of course it didn't go so well. We had a line brawl and we were the first fight. He gave me a shot after the whistle and then a few words. I thought "what the heck", I can't back down and gave him a shot back and away we went. I hit him as hard as I could with the first two lefts and it didn't even faze him. He shook it off, reared back and the lefts started coming. I ducked my head and he hit me so hard on top of my head that after the game I had the Freddie Flintstone goose eggs on every part of my head. I went down to the ice and hugged his skates thinking that I would either pull myself up and regroup or pull him down. Neither worked because Rod Dallman jumped on his back when he saw me in trouble. Everyone was tossed from the game except Dave and myself and I was thinking "oh boy, we have 2 more periods to play, I'm in trouble" but the guys explained that wouldn't be the case since I didn't do so well." | Reply |

I know I never said that. I was at the game and Chynoweth was right on the money with his recap. It was funny I never seen someone hang onto someone`s skates. Dean was one of the nicest players I ever talked to. | Reply |

-i know you talk to players, how many times did DAVE CHYSOWSKI fight Troy Crowder in the preseason?i know tx to you w/ have 1 fight in LI, on video.But, i see they fought a 2nd time in the same preseason.Chysowski(sp), claimed he always held his own i his fight(s) w/ CROWDER.And that whenever his roomate VUKOTA, give him grief about something, he would pop i his fight vs Crowder.
