| It is pretty hard to tell here if this fight should be considered a TKO or not. Haley obviously connects on his final punch, which is helped being seen by the slow-mo instant replay on the video. Carroll did look like he was falling down as he was being hit with the punch. That could mean that Haley's momentum causes Carroll to fall down. In my opinion, Carroll was not too off-balanced when he was hit with the right by Haley and fell to the ice only because of the punch. With that being said, I am going to award a TKO Victory to Haley. Close call, but I am going to stand by mine. |

| Haley and Carroll started to fight and even tho Carroll was starting to fall when Haley threw the punch but im sure if he wasnt falling he would have still been knocked down anyways. |
