This fight gets started in front of the New York net. They lock on immediately and grapple momentarily. Beck is able to land a few rights early and Nilan looks like he lands one of his own. Beck is then able to pull free and land a few good rights as Nilan falls to his knees. Beck then falls on top of him and the linesmen jump in and end it.
Clear win for Beck in a short fight. |

Nilan picked a real beast to go up against in Beck. Barry was a good infighter and was tough to beat in close quarters. Beck liked to throw hooks and uppercuts in tight. Bubba landed a decent left hook with his first punch. He followed up with a good shot. He missed with his next punch. Chris came back and scored with a decent overhand right.
Bubba landed a good uppercut with his next punch. Beck landed two more right hands. Barry kind of fell on top of him and the refs stepped in. I rate this as a clear win for Beck. he landed some good blows. I wouldn't say that Nilan was in a hopeless position. Barry wrestled him to the ice and Chris was not cleanly knocked down. Nevertheless, Bubba put some hurt on him in this one-sided contest. |

| Beck took one but throws a flurry of rights at Nilan and overwhelms him physically. Nilan goes to his knees and eventually down to the ice and the linesmen get in there. |

| Short fight, but it's Beck all the way here. He overpowers Nilan physically and Nilan never gets the chance to get into this one. Beck just clobbers Nilan with rights until Nilan goes down. Easy win for Beck. |
