| Chris Nilan and Neil Sheehy shed the mitts. They get right in close with each other and wrestle around. Sheehy loses his helmet early and then Nilan tries to slewfoot Sheehy to the ice. Sheehy goes to a knee but gets to his feet again. They wrestle in close for a long time before Nilan gets his right free and throws seven times. Only three of Nilan's right reach Sheehy and connects softly on his head. The linesmen come in then and separate the two tough guys. Sheehy attempts to throw a right at Nilan but a linesman holds Sheehy back. A pretty boring fight, the majority was wrestling. Nilan threw and landed the only punches of the fight but they were soft. |

| John Vanbiesbrouck plays the puck out of his net and then gets bowled over by Paul MacDermid. David Shaw steps in to stick up for his goalie and drops the gloves. Shaw gets a grip of MacDermind, then throws two rights and lands one. MacDermid drops his gloves and wrestles with Shaw who misses two more rights. MacDermid then lifts up one of Shaw's legs but Shaw is able to stay up and not go down. The referees come in and end the fight. Draw in a bad fight. |
