McSorley and Walter had a marathon bout. Marty landed a partial connect and a decent right. Ryan landed a decent right, connected with an average blow, and missed a punch, and a partial connect. McSorley landed an average blow, a decent punch, and an average shot. He missed a right hand.
Walter missed with a right hand and a left. The men began to wrestle for quite a bit. McSorley landed a partial connect. He missed a couple of left hooks. Ryan landed a decent right. Marty missed a punch and landed a partial connect. He missed a couple of rights. He landed a decent left and a solid right.
Walter landed a partial connect. McSorley missed a punch and landed a couple of decent blows. Ryan was getting tired and Marty began to pour it on at the end. He landed three body blows. He landed an average shot, a solid blow, and a couple of pretty good shots. The refs stepped in to stop the fight.
I rate this as a decisive win for McSorley. Walter hung in there early in the fight. Marty came on and took more and more control as the bout went along. He had Ryan in a bad position taking a lot of unanswered punches at the end. |

| After the whistle in open ice, Walter hooks up with Mcsorley. They slowly spin around while throwing swings. They trade punches that sees each guy landing 3 facial-punches. But then the tide turns whereas the grappling exhibits Mcsorley on the offensive while Walter is mostly on the defensive. During this interval, Walter totals only 2 facial-punches but this is in stark contrast to Mcsorley who's landing facial-punches in abundance. During this interval, Mcsorley lands 10 facial-punches and these include big uppercuts. In the last 7 seconds of the fight, Mcsorley continually lands consecutive facial-punches and the refs then rush in to break it up, so, it's a rescue mission by the refs. Hence, this should be classified as a decisive win for Mcsorley. |
