The puck is at the sideboards in front of the Nordique bench and Twist and Burridge shove back and forth long after the puck is gone. Burridge doesn't give an inch and Twist discards the gloves and tosses a hard right to Burridge's back. Burridge ducks down low and the officials quickly intervene. A second Twist right falls short of Burridge and narrowly misses linesman Bob Hodges.
Narrow win for Twist in an unfair fight. The zebras were in there about the same time Burridge realized he was in a fight. He never dropped his gloves but really suffered no harm in this short scrap. |

Twist and Quintal get into a fight just outside the Boston crease. The first few punches are thrown simultaneously and they each connect with a decent right to the head. They start alternating blows back and forth with Twist catching Quintal's helmet with some hard shots while Quintal's punches miss the mark. After landing a right to the earhole, Twist wraps another around Quintal's head and they wrestle in close as Quintal pushes Twist up against the front of the goal. The Boston netminder vacates the area and Twist ducks while Quintal launches some overhand rights, one blow landing to the back before they trade again with Twist connecting on an overhand right to the ear and Quintal landing to the back of Twist's bucket as they drift away from the net. Twist dishes out some more hard overhands to the head as Quintal stops tossing briefly. Twist throws four unanswered, clipping Quintal's face with one punch and delivering a full force blow to the back of the helmet. Quintal ducks down and Twist keeps firing bombs. Quintal throws defensively and misses as he seeks to tie up Twist's power arm. He pushes Twist toward the cornerboards to the left of the Boston goal and Twist connects with a couple more to the head and face. Quintal misses a right and the officials move in.
Clear win for Twist. Quintal was willing and active early but the majority of his punches were off target. Twist threw harder and landed most of his punches. He hit helmet with several of the heavy blows and no doubt had a sore hand when it was all over but he did get some punches in to Quintal's ear and face and he took over this fight in the second half. |

| Early in the fight, Quintal is making good use of his long reach. However, Twist is busier for the rest of the fight, and as usual he throws harder. Not a clear win, however. |

| Don't see how anyone could call this fight a draw. It was kind of close in the beginning with both of them swinging away with Twist landing slightly better. However, as the fight progressed Twist was landing much more often and a lot harder than Quintal was. Twist landed about six unanswered rights. |

Nilan and Twist get involved in a scrap in the neutral zone. Nilan appears to miss two rights and Twist a left from the long distance overhead view. They both fall to their knees and the linesmen jump in. Nilan and Twist are still in close proximity and not in full control of the officials. Nilan takes two strides over to Twist and tosses an uppercut right which Twist evades as he gets to his feet. Twist is incensed and skates around linesman Ron Finn, narrowly missing a big roundhouse right as Nilan ducks. This time the zebras make sure the players are restrained and the fight is over.
Draw. It didn't look like either man connected on a punch though not for lack of trying. |

| Nilan took a swing at Twist after they were pulled apart. Twist gets loose from the linesman and hits Nilan with a couple of shots while being held by the other linesman. |

| You can't really see what happened they went down quick after a couple punches. Then Nilan throws a punch once there broken up. Twist breaks away from the linesmen and nails Nilan with some back. That was pretty much the most entertaning part of the fight. |

| Nothing really happened in that fight. Only entertainment was when linesmen had stepped in, Nilan went after Twist and threw a punch that just missed, Twist then went after Nilan and also missed with his big right. Anyway the fight was a draw. |
