Buskas gets the first half with some nice body shots and some rights, Nilan like he usually does waits til Buskas is out of gas then comes back.. Buskas overall did a nice job here.

Nilan lands a solid right uppercut early. Buskas tries to stay in tight and throw lefts. The only punches he lands are very weak body shots. Nilan mixes in another uppercut with his crosses and throws his punches more forcefully than Buskas who seems content to not lose bad.

Nilan with a nice uppercut at the start. Buskas goes for the body, but the shots look pretty weak. Nilan with a couple rights and an uppercut and they hit the boards where the refs step in.

Nilan opens the fight with the best punch of this scrap, a hard right uppercut that rattle the bones of Buskas. Buskas goes for a couple of lame punches to the body and Nilan fires away a series of rights, but other than the uppercut no more good punches lands in this one.

The videoclip posted here misses quite a bit from the beginning where Nilan landed a handful of rights to the helmet. Nilan landed the best punch of the fight, the uppercut, and really the only headshots even though he was mostly hitting Buskas' helmet. Buskas only landed weak bodypunches late in the fight. Clear win for Nilan, if you have seen the entire fight.

That is just a partial clip, it misses the first 10-15 seconds of the scrap where Nilan landed about 4 or 5 rights to the helmet while Buskas hung on.Reply

Rudy Poeschek and Steve Dykstra drop the gloves near the blueline and get in tight. Poeschek throws six rights to start, connecting on three. Then Dykstra opens up and starts trading toe-to-toe with Poeschek but it's very short. Dykstra throws four rights and lands three as Poeschek throws five rights and lands two. Both land one big right. They keep in tight and wrestle, Dykstra switches hands and misses a left. Poeschek misses a left, then Dykstra misses a left and gets Poeschek down. Dykstra switches hands and connects with a right while the referees get in. Poeschek gets up and wrestles with Dykstra. The referees stay in and Poeschek misses a right. Then the referees break it up. Edge Poeschek in an alright tilt.

Good fight here as Dykstra stars off fast with some good rights, Poeschek then looks to take over, until Dykstra and he starts to go toe-to-toe for a few.

Good, quick toe-to-toe with both landing rights. Poeschek loses his balance and falls to the ice. He gets up and tries to throw around the zebras but it's broken up.

Short fight, but the toe-to-toe battle was excellent, looked like Poeschek got the better of it. After that, they get tied up, and Poeschek goes down allowing the refs to stop it. Too tough to call, if anything, edge Poeschek.

At the beginning of the fight they both go T2T for about three intensive seconds, both scoring well. Then they wrestle and throw a few punches each. Dykstra punches Poeschek after he's down and the linesmen have intervened . Poeschek didn't like that and throws the last punch. The short T2T exchange was the highlight of this fight. Very close and hard to pick a winner.

Dykstra does surprisingly well against Poeschek here. They had a brief T2T with Poeschek getting the edge. Then they wrestle a bit and Dykstra gets off a big punch as Poeschek was off balance. I think Dykstra earned a draw on his late flurry.

Nice exchange between the two, both landing some shots, Poeschek a bit more. Dykstra muscles Poeschek to his knees and lands one before the linesmen step in. I'll call it a draw. Good showing by Dykstra against much better fighter.

Caufield was serving a minor penalty and as soon as it was up he ran into Rudy Poeschek. This was after Dykstra cross checked Poeschek and was going to get a penalty himself. Caufield and Poeschek dropped the mits, but never had a chance to fight.Reply

Quick bout. Brown's jersey came over his head and he threw blind punches afterwards but nothing connected. Lawton with the takedown at the end. Draw.

Nilan jumps Dykstra and takes him down. Nilan throws maybe one weak punch on the ice. Nilan gets 5+game while Dykstra gets none. Nothing fight and definitely unfair as Dykstra never got his gloves off.
